This is Chapter 1 of Majo no Marie wa Majo Janai (Marie the Witch isn’t a Witch), translated into English. The Manga is by Kobayashi Azumi, and currently serialising in Monthly Comic Garden. It can be read online at Mag Garden Online. Both chapters that are currently out are available for free, so if you can read Japanese, I encourage you to read it from the source.

The translation is generally liberal. There are certain places where it’s more liberal than others, thanks to certain weird phrasings that don’t really translate well.
